Client actions in case of payment problems

Payment takes place within a few minutes.

Possible reasons why the payment does not go through:

The card data was entered incorrectly;
The card has expired;
There is not enough money on the card;
The option to confirm card transactions with a one-time password from SMS is not available;
The bank has banned online payments.

 

If the payment fails:

Try again in 20 minutes;
Contact the bank that issued the card;
Pay with another card;
