PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
Return of goods of proper quality
The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods of good quality within 7 (seven) days after receiving it only if the presentation, consumer properties of the Goods (the Goods were not in use) and branded packaging are preserved.
The Buyer does not have the right to refuse the Goods of proper quality, manufactured to an individual order (clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1).
When returning the Goods of good quality, its value is refunded in full, with the exception of the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank account after the Goods arrive at the warehouse and within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued the Bank card to the Buyer).
In addition to refunds, the Store offers:
- the service of replacing the Goods with a similar one;
- replacement service for any other product with a corresponding recalculation of the amount to be paid or returned.
Delivery services of the Goods of good quality during the period of the exchange or return procedure are carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
The Store's products have the appropriate certificates. All items are carefully checked and packaged in accordance with shipping regulations prior to shipment.
At the same time, if the delivered Product has signs of defects, does not correspond to the description and photo on the website, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Product of inadequate quality within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it.
If the Product is returned of inadequate quality, its cost, as well as the cost of return shipping, are refunded in full.
Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank account after the Goods arrive at the Store and within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued the bank card to the Buyer).
In addition to refunds, the Store offers:
- the service of replacing a low-quality Product with a similar one of proper quality;
- the service of replacing a low-quality Product with any other with a corresponding recalculation of the amount to be paid or returned.
Delivery services during the procedure for the exchange or return of the Goods of inadequate quality are carried out at the expense of the Store.

After agreeing on all the details, the exchange or return of the Goods will be carried out in accordance with the Return Conditions.
Refunds are made in a non-cash way by transferring to your bank card after the Goods arrive at the warehouse and within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued the bank card to the Buyer).
Return of goods to the store is carried out in the manner in which it was delivered to you: by courier service, at the point of issue of orders, at the Russian Post office.
Return shipment for goods of good quality is calculated according to the tariffs of the transport company, for goods of inadequate quality it is free of charge.
